SALARY PAYMENT TERMS
  1. Salary will be credited to To be updated (To be updated) on or before 7th of every month.
  2. Salary slip will be available at hr.etsparcel.in/salary-slip.php?code=ETS1001 with PAN To be updated.
  3. Incentive: Extra per parcel incentive ₹10-20 as per company target, paid with salary.
  4. Advance: Maximum 1 month salary advance allowed, deduction in next 2 months.
  5. Tax: TDS will be deducted if applicable as per Income Tax Act, using PAN To be updated.

PAGE 4 - DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Delivery Operations: You must deliver parcels on time, collect COD, take customer signature/OTP, and update delivery status in app.
  2. Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, 6 days a week. Sunday weekly off. You may be required to work extra hours during peak season (Diwali, Sale).
  3. Attendance: Mark attendance daily at hr.etsparcel.in/rider-portal.php via mobile. Late coming 3 times = 1 day half day.
  4. Bike & Fuel: If own bike, fuel allowance included in salary. If company bike, fuel + maintenance company will provide. You are responsible for bike safety.
  5. Uniform & ID Card: Wear ETS T-shirt and ID Card (ID Card available at hr.etsparcel.in/id-card.php?code=ETS1001) during duty.
  6. Customer Behaviour: Polite behaviour with customers is mandatory. Any complaint will lead to warning/termination.
  7. COD Handling: All COD cash must be deposited same day. Any shortage will be deducted from salary account To be updated.
PAGE 5 - LEAVE & BENEFITS
  1. Leave Policy: 1.5 leaves per month (18 per year) after probation. No leave in first 3 months except emergency.
  2. Probation: 3 months probation. During probation, either side can terminate with 15 days notice.
  3. Notice Period: After probation, 30 days notice required. If not served, 1 month salary will be deducted from To be updated settlement.
  4. Insurance: Accidental insurance up to ₹2 Lakhs after 6 months of service (T&C apply).
  5. Transfer: Company can transfer you to any location in Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad as per need.
  6. Performance Review: Every 6 months salary review based on attendance (from attendance.json), delivery performance, and behaviour.
PAGE 6 - CONFIDENTIALITY, CODE OF CONDUCT & TERMINATION
  1. Confidentiality: You shall not share customer data, delivery data, salary info (Account To be updated, PAN To be updated), company pricing with anyone.
  2. Non-Compete: For 6 months after leaving, you cannot join direct competitor in same area with same client data.
  3. Disciplinary Action: Theft, COD fraud, fake delivery, misbehaviour, drunk on duty, no uniform = Immediate termination + FIR.
  4. Termination: Company can terminate without notice if: (a) Fake documents (Aadhar To be updated, PAN To be updated found fake), (b) COD fraud, (c) 7 days absent without info, (d) Customer complaint proved.
  5. Company Property: On exit, you must return ID Card, T-shirt, Bag, Company Bike if any, otherwise cost deducted from full & final settlement to To be updated.
  6. Jurisdiction: All disputes subject to Gurugram, Haryana jurisdiction only.
